A Non-Expert's 'Guide' to Being a Non-Expert
Information is abundant. However, it is not usefully abundant.
Spending enough time on Twitter will expose you to how many supposed experts there are out there. They can teach you audience building, copywriting, SEO, ChatGPT prompts, email marketing, and various other business growth guides. All you need to do is be following them, reply "growth hack" in the comments, and you'll get the free guide on how to make $X in X days.
Not everyone is an expert. And you are someone who not only recognizes this but understands it's essential. You are someone who likes to put your mind, creativity, and curiosity to the test over time. You would rather play the infinite game than the finite game. To learn and create because it's fun, not because you're ready to sell everyone on what you know.
So, I've written a non-expert guide to reminding oneself of their skills and that leaning into the advantages of being a non-expert is a major key.
Use the term guide loosely. This is one person's thinking and inspiration and it's meant to be taken as just that.
No answers. No clickbait. No step by step directions to thousands of dollars a month in passive income. Just perspective.
Thanks for reading.
You'll get my Notion board that reminds me of the very good fact that being a non-expert has its advantages.
